Stepson of Hugh Codding, Brad is dedicated to carrying out the original entrepreneurial spirit and vision of Codding. Today that vision includes leadership in earth-friendly planning and construction. Brad founded the Sonoma Mountain Business Incubator and co-founded Codding Steel Frame Solutions, a light gauge recycled steel framing company. He also co-founded Community Fuels, Inc., an alternative fuels company. He serves as Chairman of the Board for Genesis Worldwide, Inc and board member of Aspen Air, a manufacturer of high-efficiency air filtration systems.

Lisa Codding

Vice PRESIDENT/CoO

Granddaughter of the late Hugh Codding, Lisa joined Codding Enterprises in 2003. She leads the company’s efforts to maximize efficiencies within a vibrant corporate culture that fosters employee engagement and heightens performance. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations for all departments and serves as a member of the Board of Directors.

Richard Pope

Richard brings over 30 years of experience in construction and residential real estate, and has managed international development projects on many continents. He is a respected homebuilding leader who has overseen over $1 billion in homes. RIchard is the Chairman and CEO of Genesis Worldwide,Inc., Chairman of Genesis Steel Frame Solutions and President of St. James Properties.

Geof Syphers

CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER

Geof leads Codding’s environmental stewardship of water, energy, resources and habitat. He is responsible for creating methods of aligning business interests with environmental goals, and spearheads the green building certification programs at Sonoma Mountain Village.

Kirstie Moore

Kirstie joined Codding Enterprises in 2007 after a successful career in the West Coast Development Industry. She is responsible for assisting the company’s transition into deeply sustainable development projects.

Tina Montgomery

Tina brings over 20 years of experience in the shopping center management industry. She is responsible for marketing and communications at Sonoma Mountain Village and Codding.

Lois Codding

VP Leasing

Lois joined Codding Enterprises in 2006 after successful careers in the music publishing and restaurant industries. She is responsible for leasing at Sonoma Mountain Village and Codding owned properties in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa.
