Originally built by Hewlett Packard and planned from the start as a deeply energy-efficient facility, the two-story secure building is ready to be built out with 30,000 square feet on each floor and a large interstitial maintenance level. The building houses 24,000 square feet of rack space; has a 20-foot ceiling and plenty of room for offices, conference rooms, and storage; and meets Zone 4 seismic standards. The center is within a block of a restaurant, event center and athletic facilities, a planned hotel and shops, and less than one mile from Sonoma State University.
In addition, an existing power contract with PG&E will provide 9.0 mw of power and is served by 3,800 tons of efficient chiller capacity with a 3-cell cooling tower.
Our team is ready to complete the facility to your specifications. EYP Mission Critical Facility Engineers will complete the power distribution plan and Rumsey Engineers will complete the cooling design. We commission all power, security, cooling, plumbing, fire suppression and management systems together with your team to verify full functionality.
Direct connection to the PG&E Penngrove substation, purchasing power on E-19S tariff at 12.5 kVA. Double-ended feed to building. Within 150 feet of facility, there is room for 10 MW of diesel generators.
