Commercial, office and industrial space occupies over 600,000 square feet within the 25-acre business center at Sonoma Mountain Village. Leasing space within the community allows you to reduce the impact of your business on the planet.

There are currently 600 employees employed in 21 businesses at Sonoma Mountain Village, including AT&T, Comcast, Codding Construction, Codding Steel Frame Solutions, and DC Power Systems. The non-profit Sonoma Mountain Business Cluster is 60% full, with over 25 sustainability-oriented and socially relevant technology start-up companies.

In March of 2010, Comcast's new zero-carbon Operations Center at Sonoma Mountain Village received LEED Platinum certification for their 35,000 square foot facility. This is the top honor available from the US Green Builidng Council.

On-going education of the 10 Principles of the One Planet Communities is offered on-site as part of a commitment to only use our fair share of the Earth's natural resources.
